Here are three levels of NPC for a mobile strategy game: "Legends of Honor". Each level shares the same texture map, hand-painted to perfection. However, extreme polygon restrictions were a challenge to overcome. To add some visual interest, idle animations were implemented, courtesy of Eikemosler's exceptional work at http://eikemosler.de.
