If you really want to scare the crap out of your favourite heretics, xenos, peasents etc here's the badge for you. Now you're a member of the Imperial Inquisition, the branch of the Imperium who are basically allowed to do whatever they like (up to and including ordering Exterminatus, or the total destruction of a planet) as long as they say they're protecting the Imperium. Yes there are decent inquisitors, such as Eisenhorn, and then again there are also inquisitors such as Kriptmann... who ordered the Exterminatus of dozens of planets to stop a Tyrannid invasion. The loss of several billion lives was just... meh. No box for this one (yet), but still great for your special fanatic!
