Farnsworth communication device from Warehouse 13. I'm finally getting test prints with this thing, but unfortunately, the hinge IS A COMPLETE FAIL. By the way, Epicdivision has just uploaded a killer version of this online too - I think it's worth checking out: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:612375 Instructions Important note: units are in US standard inches. First Method: Just print "internals.stl" and put it inside a Wheatly Fly Box, available from $20 to $80 at your local 3D printing supplier. The metal used here is significantly thinner than what your printer can do - for now, I haven't got the measurements because I still don't own a Wheatly Fly Box. Second Method: First, print "internals.stl", then two copies of "housing.stl". Use a tiny bit of 1.75mm filament as the hinge pin and carefully assemble it. Once that's done, add your printed "inner ring.stl" and you're good to go.
