I'll modify this statement. The word "war" is more often linked to man as well as human emotion. I am referring to a different type of "tank". A large machine built on a big chassis with a rotating turret carrying weapons, designed for heavy combat in a battlefield or any area which requires immense destruction. It can have many variations including anti-air tanks as well. Man can sit inside it and shoot using controls available to him like buttons, dials, levers etc, which will move around when pushed down, moved forward, backward etc by man's muscle power to bring guns and cannons out to destroy everything visible from there. The word tank was originally a reference for "large quantity" which was used at the start of 20th century by Winston Churchill. This concept can have applications like a ship with an ocean going size, even a plane on land also possible due to it being self-powered & having heavy armament mounted inside the cabin itself so you won't need another unit outside.
