A small diorama scene for wargamers and diorama builders, and miniature painters showing some Mongol Horde auxilliary troops fighting alongside the mounted Mongol horsemen. The war elephants where mainly used as movable platforms for archers to take out their enemies. When the elephants were covered in protective armour they became very difficult to kill.... but still they rarely made the difference on the battlefields of the medieval world.
