Watch your print live, with or without a Raspberry Pi. This webcam mount is designed for a Prusa Original Mk3/S. Mounting it on the bed keeps the workpiece stationary in the picture. You can watch progress on any mobile phone, tablet, or pc with internet access. The Wansview webcam costs around £20 on Amazon and works perfectly. This mounting bracket fits under the bed and is secured between the bed and its support arm using the original screw and spacer. It doesn't affect the bed height and remains clear of everything. The length ensures the workpiece stays in focus at all times. This bracket has a precision fit, making it easy to install and use with the camera's mounting screw. The background is that I installed a Raspberry Pi Zero W on my Prusa, but then discovered that it isn't powerful enough to run a camera as well. Rather than buying another Pi and a Pi camera, this was a more affordable option. If you have a better Raspberry Pi, you can probably plug it straight in and use the Octaprint interface. ***UPDATE*** When I printed something using PetG for the first time, I heated the bed to 85°. This caused the PLA-printed camera mount to distort. However, this never happened when printing with a bed temperature of 60/65°. If you're using bed temperatures greater than 60°, I strongly recommend printing this in PetG or any material that has better heat tolerance than PLA. ***Printing*** - To print it, simply select "Generate support material" and "Auto generated supports". Then, print the mount upside down from its orientation when fitted to the Prusa.
