Wanhao Z Brace Mounted Filament Guide

I created this filament guide that attaches directly onto the 8mm Z Brace rod. It makes it easier for the filament to flow without catching on the threaded rod. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: I recommend printing the filament guide with the peg up using a brim and supports. I've tried printing without supports and it works, but doesn't come out as clean. YMMV Post-Printing Required Parts 1x M3x16mm bolt (minimum) 1x M3 hex nut Instructions 1) Place the Z brace coupling on the threaded rod at the desired height. 2) Using an M3 hex nut and 16mm bolt, secure the coupling to the rod (Don't over-tighten) 3) Slide the filament guide into the coupling and rotate it to the desired position a) A dab of glue can be used to fix the position of the filament guide, although it should fit tight enough to stay secured to the coupling.
