Wanhao Y axis pulley stabilizer

Wanhao Y axis pulley stabilizer

I was impressed by the simplicity of using a zip tie to stabilize the y-axis pulley on my Wanhao i3 duplicator, but I felt it was a bit too makeshift. So, I came up with this solution. The stabilizer glides over the existing front panel and then the bottom clip snaps into place to hold it tight. The M5 shoulder bolt passes through the pulley and into the existing pulley mount to secure it laterally. This design doesn't require any screws, so you won't need to drill new holes. However, you will need a longer M5 screw; I used an M5-40mm hex cap socket shoulder screw, which turned out to be a bit too long, but it works perfectly with my Wanhao i3 duplicator. I hope it serves you well too. Printer Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm layer height Infill: 30%
