I combined ideas from thingiverse's 2130569 and 979847 to create this spool holder modification. It slides seamlessly onto the existing holder, staying put due to a wedge that's superglued underneath, as visible in the attached pictures. To avoid unnecessary supports during printing, I printed it separately. The result is perfect – it works flawlessly. I designed this screwless version after struggling to find longer screws compatible with my Monoprice maker select plus. The originals provided were too short for my needs.
