Wanhao Nozzle Wiper
thingiverse
This thing was inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1192440, and I borrowed the tool change gcode from it. The entire thing is supported by one of the frame screws. I should have used a longer bolt to hold it properly, but I ended up grinding down a M5 nut so the thread started flush, and made the model as thin as possible so I could use the protruding thread from the original bolt. You will need to adjust the height so it matches the height of your HPB when it starts printing. Sorry the model is not properly placed on the bed. If you print this, remember that you'll have to update all your gcode start script to make sure that the printer head waits a bit further left than it normally does. Use -130 for x instead of -120: G1 X-130 Y-70 Z30 F9000; move to wait position off table. For the tool change gcode, I used Intentional3D's gcode, but I changed the temperature values to use variables instead of a fixed value. Tool Change Script Start M135 T0; G1 X-130 Y-70 F9000; Move to wait position off table. {IF NEWTOOL=0} M135 T1; {IF NEWTOOL=0} G1 X-160 E30 F3000; {IF NEWTOOL=0} M135 T0 {IF NEWTOOL=0} G1 X-130 Y-70 F9000; {IF NEWTOOL=1} G1 E30 F3000; M135 T0; G1 X-130 Y10 F9000; G1 X-130 Y-70 F9000; G130 X20 Y20 Z20 A20 B20; Lower stepper Vrefs while heating {IF NEWTOOL=0} M104 S170 T1; set T1 inactive extruder to 170 C {IF NEWTOOL=0} M104 S[extruder0_temperature] T0; Set T0 new active extruder to 220 and wait for it to reach temperature before proceeding. {IF NEWTOOL=1} M104 S[extruder1_temperature] T1; set T1 heat T1 to 220 {IF NEWTOOL=1} M104 S170 T0; cool T0 to 170 M133 T0 M133 T1 G130 X127 Y127 Z40 A127 B127; Default stepper Vrefs {IF NEWTOOL=1} M135 T1; {IF NEWTOOL=1} G1 X-160 E30 F3000; {IF NEWTOOL=1} M135 T0 {IF NEWTOOL=1} G1 X-130 Y-70 F9000; G4 P1000; WAIT {IF NEWTOOL=0} M135 T0; {IF NEWTOOL=0} G1 E30 F3000; G4 P1000; WAIT M135 T0; G1 X-130 Y10 F9000; G1 X-130 Y-70 F9000; G1 X-130 Y10 F9000; G1 X-130 Y-70 F9000; G4 P1000; WAIT Tool Change Script End I printed it in black PLA and just used some leftover pieces of 1mm rubber I had lying around.
