Mount a laser securely onto the fan shroud of your Monoprice Maker Select v2.1, and it should also work on version 2 - though I'm unsure if it will fit other models. To attach the laser, you'll need four M3 screws. Additionally, two longer M3 screws with lengths greater than six millimeters are required to mount the laser firmly to the fan shroud. This setup does add some weight to the hot-end, but removing it is simple and takes only a few moments when not in use.
