I needed a better spool holder for my printer as the stock holder could nto fit a 1kg spool of prusament, The spool holder snaps into place on the metal frame and can easily hold a 1 kg spool. There is a possibility to insert a small rod in the holder if you need to use spools that does not fit the holder, has not been tested.
