Wanhao i3 Y Axis idler upgrade and belt tensioner

Hello! This is my Super Tuff variant of a Y-axis upgrade. Sturdy belt idler + belt tensioner. Includes printable idler roller that's adapted to use more common RC bearings 11x4x5. (I designed this all because my bearings shattered inside the aluminum idler and I couldn't extract the bearing casing from it.) 0.2, PLA, 100% infill, 102% flow (Included editable idler file for you - use Autodesk 123D Design.) Print items in the orientation they drop in a slicer. NO SUPPORTS NEEDED! Bracket has supports - break them off and clean surfaces after. Idler comes in two variants: With and Without supports (depending on your printer's abilities). You'll need: * x2 Bearings 11x4x5 * x1 Stock bolt with nut that goes through idler * x1 M6x30 (or 40) common wrench bolt (corrected) * x2 M5x15 (I recommend inner hex bolts) * x2 M5 nuts with nylon * x1 M6 wide washer * x1 M6 thumb nut Happy upgrading!
