For simpler installation and tightening of the Y-Axis belt on a Wanhao Duplicator i3, a M3x30 screw and a M3 lock nut are required....(or just do what I did and use a m3x20 screw on the nut side and not use a nut at all) Y_Axis_Tensioner.stl: you need to cut the belt to use this version. Y_Axis_Tensioner_ALT.stl: you DON'T CUT the belt to use this version. Y_Axis_clip.stl: the part that makes this a "Tensioner", and the part that needs a M3 screw. Print Settings Printer: wanhao i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 95 - 100 Notes: you may need to drill out the holes, a 13/64 (5MM) drill bit is perfect for the larger holes.
