When printing large objects on your Wanhao Duplicator i3, attaching clips to hold glass or a PEI sheet on the sides of the build platform can be problematic. To avoid running into these clips with your nozzle, consider using a 15mm friction attached spacer. This will give you the necessary clearance to print without obstruction. To accommodate this spacer, decrease the build platform size in your slicer by 30mm. If you still require the full build width for printing large objects, you can easily remove the spacer when needed. It installs and removes quickly, allowing for efficient use of your printer's capabilities.
