Wanhao i3 X-Axis Belt Tensioner with offset
thingiverse
This is based on the Wanhao i3 X-Axis Belt Tensioner, designed by Heathicus at Thingiverse. I'm running some IGUS-style printed PLA bushings in an SCS8UU block. The original design placed my bottom belt off-center, causing it to rub against the pulley when the carriage reached the edge on the opposite side from the endstop. To solve this issue, I moved the mount block 2mm outward, ensuring the belt runs parallel under the upper belt path. Print Settings Rafts: Don't matter. Supports: No supports are needed. Resolution: Use a resolution of 0.1 mm. Infill: Print with an infill percentage of 20%. Notes: You'll need a M3x30mm or longer bolt and a M3 nut to complete the assembly.
