I got fed up with trying out other glass bed holders that encase the adjustment screws. All the corner ones I tried would just flex and actually cause the glass to warp upwards. This version is fully supported by design as the adjustable "knobs" used to hold the glass clamp the aluminum table in between. Each "knob" has a 30-degree angle around the edge so that it will naturally force the glass down onto the bed. I don't use anything under the glass like silicone pads, so each knob is only 3.5mm thick to be used on 3mm glass. If you use anything under the glass, you'll have to create your own "knobs". I used a wall thickness of 6 so that the entire area between the bolt hole and outer edge is solid. A tiny bit of sanding was required where the two braces meet together. When placing the glass on the aluminum bed, you will probably notice that the glass has a crown on one side. Place the crowned side down so the corners are the points that are raised off the bed as the corners will get pushed down by the "knobs"...then you'll have a nice flat bed. It's best to use button head socket head cap screws so that the heads of the bolts clear any fan shroud easily. I got mine from Bolt Depot and you will need 8 bolts, washers, and nuts. Braces will need to be printed at a 45-degree angle to fit on the 200mm x 200mm bed. Spiral infill works best for solid top/bottom layers. Holes in knobs for bolts may need drilled slightly.
