Wanhao i3 v2.1 CiiiCooler adapter/Ultimate X Belt Tensioner combo

I was determined to utilize both the CiiiCooler and the Ultimate X Belt tensioner on my v2.1 i3, but the belt tensioner refused to fit with the CiiiCooler adapter in place. I attempted to modify the tensioner by cutting it down to size, but ultimately gave up and decided to merge them into a single component. Additionally, I opened up the area where the nut would go so that I could use a lock nut instead. Thanks to Pawpawpaw85 for allowing me to utilize his adapter design for this remix. A little cleanup will probably be needed to get everything fitting perfectly.
