Wanhao i3 Thumbwheel alternative

This is another version of the thumbwheel designed to replace the M3 wingnut on the Wanhao Duplicator i3 / Cocoon Create / Monoprice Maker Select. It requires 4x M3 nuts for installation, and the nut recesses are quite tight, making it a good idea to use long nose pliers to press them into place. Using this thumbwheel in conjunction with a locknut underneath the heated aluminum also helps prevent the M3 bolt from spinning. The larger wings on this design make it easier to turn finely compared to more popular round style knurled thumbwheels. Due to user feedback, I have added a smaller version that should clear the printer frame in cases where the original size was causing issues. However, I did not experience any problems with the original size. Based on user requests, I have added 5.25mm and 5.75mm hex holes to accommodate different types of M3 nuts and printers with undersized or oversized holes.
