This is a remix of CYUL's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1635585/#files that can be printed without hardware or with M3 bolts, reducing the number of fasteners needed to only 3 per side. I modified the design for 5x10x4mm bearings (MR105-2RS-BU used in Wanhao i3 Y idler) since I didn't have any 608 bearings on hand. I also adjusted the dimensions because the original design didn't fit my frame perfectly. All tolerances are already included, ensuring a perfect fit with 3 bottom, 3 top, and 3 outline/perimeter layers. This remix works well with Innofil3D ABS, but PLA, PET, or other materials should print just as fine. To assemble this remix, you'll need to print 2 rollers and 4 spacers for each side; mirror Part1 and Part2 for roller number 2. I've included Fusion 360 files as well as STEP files so you can modify the designs to fit your machine or available hardware.
