I required an SDRAMPS SD card reader holder for my Wanhao i3 after swapping out the MKS Gen L control board while keeping the factory LCD panel intact. This SDRAMPS cost me around $3 and functions flawlessly so far. It features a straightforward friction fit, but applying a small amount of super-glue or hot glue would provide added security if desired. Additionally, I created a simple jumper using Dupont connectors to connect Aux3 to the SDRAMPS board. Once installed, it fits snugly against the control box and makes inserting and removing the microSD card as convenient as with my original stock Melzi board.
