Wanhao i3 Re-Duplicator Auto-leveling BFPTouch Sensor
thingiverse
I revised the design from [Bruno F. Porto's BFPTouch original design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2890290). The original model was too long, so it wouldn't fit inside the small space between the ReDuplicator i3 MK3x's front extruder plate and bed (24-28mm clearance). I made this version shorter to accommodate it.\r\n\r\nI updated the design after the extruder motor reached 90C, causing the mount point to deform. To fix this issue, I printed the extruder plate in ABS and coated it with epoxy, which seems to be holding up well so far. I also ordered high-heat deflection material for further protection.\r\n\r\n[Fusion 360 public link for this revised design](https://a360.co/2UVC2st) - you can view the construction by clicking on the exploded view.
