WANHAO I3 PLUS X-AXIS/Z-AXIS REBUILD - TL SMOOTHER - BL TOUCH Kudos go out to Martin for his fantastic design. This remix aims to: FAN DUCT_Repaired.stl - Repair the mesh, as the original was not slicing properly due to manifold errors. X_Elec-larger bolts mirrored.stl - Mirror Martin's original model so the hotend and temp cables can easily reach. - Enlarge bolt holes, as M3 bolts did not fit. X_Elec_tlsmoother_bltouch mirrored.stl Create a housing for: - BLTouch cables (see images) - TL Smoother board. 40mm Fan to Blower adapter. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1146509 Required items include: M3 Bolts + Nuts - 6x 5mm - 2x 8mm - 2x 12mm - 1x 25mm - 1x 30mm - 4x NUTS - 1x Nyloc M2.5 Bolts (TL SMOOTHER) - 4x 5mm (used only two) Additional information: When mounting the Electronics board, trim the pins on the back to prevent shorting on the bolts. The model features small nubs to raise it. Review once installed to ensure everything is working correctly. Enjoy!
