I designed these as separate add-ons for spool3d_canada's i3 plus z-brace feet https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1653631. If you haven't printed the feet yet, check out abrandl's design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1912826 which incorporates them in one print. I discovered his design too late, but liked the idea of having the braces supported in both tension and compression. To install, simply slip these add-ons onto the threaded rod before threading it through the top attachments and they will be held captive by the additional nut. Glueing them on is not necessary, but won't cause any harm either.
