I designed a bushing to fit snugly between the heated bed and the coiled spring, effectively insulating the bed from potential damage. This crucial modification prevents scratches from the spring that could lead to short circuits and hazardous electrical shocks or even fires. Printed in heat-resistant ABS material, this solution addresses a pressing issue identified with the September 2016 Wanhao i3 Plus model.
