Wanhao i3 plus/Cocoon Create minimalist enclosure

This enclosure is specifically designed for Cocoon Create/Wanhao i3 Plus 3D printers. The one I built uses 6mm acrylic, but MDF or plywood are also viable options. This design allows easy access to the power switch while maximizing build volume and minimizing space usage. Compared to my original enclosure, these files have a couple of key fixes. The front box now fits snugly inside the small tower bolts, and the rear box is positioned close enough to the top of the tower for larger filament spools to fit comfortably. The DXF file includes outlines for all panels as well as sheet borders measuring 600x400. For cutting acrylic sheets, a laser cutter (available at local fab-labs) is recommended. Alternatively, if using ply/mdf, simply print the DXF files and use them as templates. The design currently requires four 600x400 sheets (the size available at my local fablab), but there's ample room for optimization. Update: Note that the units in the STL file are incorrect. Scale up by a factor of 10 (from mm to cm) before printing. If I get some spare time, I'll upload updated STLs. Update 2: This enclosure works seamlessly with the reverse Z braces I developed. However, the design uploaded is 5mm shorter than my original version due to its intended placement on top of the printer tower. To use the Z-braces effectively, either extend the panels by 5mm at the base or use the riser brackets included in the Z-brace files.
