Wanhao i3 Plus Bearing Spool Holder with increased clearance

This is a remix of jpotegal's spool holder. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2249488 Main differences are: 1) The spool holder has been raised approximately 25mm to provide more clearance for large spools, avoiding contact with the enclosure. 2) It's been narrowed to fit spools with diameters as low as 32mm, such as those that come with Cocoon Create printers. 3) Clearances on each side between bearing and spool holder have been reduced to 0.5mm. 4) A small flange has been added on each side of the roller to ensure the spool stays centered and doesn't rub against the main frame. 5) The roller has been moved closer to the spool holder support, now sitting within the vertical piece of frame connecting the main bearing arm to the threaded section. There are 71mm and 85mm versions. Update: June 23, 2017 - A 100mm version is now available; users may want to utilize plenty of infill and shells for optimal results. Update: August 25, 2017 A 608 bushing has been added for those who lack access or prefer not to use ball bearings. Update: Early May 2018 Bearing tolerance has been increased to 22.3mm outer diameter. Update: May 21, 2018 Additional frames with bearing outer diameter tolerance of 22.15mm ("_0.15Tol") have been uploaded.
