Wanhao i3 offset Y axis Bearing Block
thingiverse
These upgraded bearing blocks were designed so you can use a thicker aftermarket bed, similar to the Prusa i3 style, which is far more robust than the stock Duplicator i3 bed. To fit the smaller spaced rods on the Wanhao i3, these blocks feature the necessary 15mm offset spacing. You will also need to raise your endstop so that the new style carriage can clear the bearing. The bed currently used on our personal Wanhao i3 is shown at http://tinyurl.com/upgradedi3bed. The 16mm sized file is for use with the IGUS RJM-01-08 Drylin bearing, while the 15mm sized file is designed for both stock bearings and direct replacement IGUS Drylin RJ4JP-01-08. The 15mmL file is intended for those who want to use the 45mm LM8LUU Bearings. It's essential to install the two M4 nuts under the bearing before securing it down with a zip tie.
