I designed this for side mounted spool holders to feed and retract filament, providing a consistent pressure to the extruder at all times. Ideal for any side mount that doesn't come from above - I don't recommend that unless you're working outside of the enclosure - or from behind the printer. Use with a 608 bearing. Works seamlessly with or without a z-brace! Enjoy! *** UPDATE: I noticed that if your threaded rod is too long, it can interfere with the system.
