Wanhao i3 FanDoor Scissor Edition

Update 2016-09-06: Made some minor tweaks and added a fan guard/grill version to the mix. What is it: This is the scissor version of the i3 Fan Door which opens vertically instead of horizontally. Essentially, it's a vertical door-hinge for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 feeder/extruder fan that fits both 40mm and 50mm fans with variable depths. It should also clear the stock cooling duct and 30mm fan without any issues. You will need: 2x (optional) 3mm shorter replacement screws for the heatsink/feeder/steppermotor to secure everything in place. The holes in the stepper are shallow, so you'll have to find suitable screws and perhaps use washers to get the length just right. I wrote "optional" on this requirement since I've also created a spacer for the stock plastic plug distancers that builds an additional 7mm. This way, you should be able to reuse the long original screws for the heatsink/feeder/steppermotor. However, using this spacer will force you to set the fan a bit further from the heatsink than optimal, but I doubt this makes any noticeable difference in cooling. Just press the original plastic plugs into the spacer and you're good to go. I chose to reuse the original plastic plugs for this spacer because they tolerate more heat than PLA does. 2 x 2.5mm screws to secure the hinge to the printer (you'll also need two nyloc nuts if not using the stock fan duct). 1 x suitable 2.5mm or 4mm screw with a nyloc nut to screw the two printed parts together, leaving a slight gap so the hinge rotates freely. 2x suitable screws for the fan itself, but you can probably use small cable-ties or even a piece of string instead.
