Wanhao i3 fan shroud and pi zero enclosure
thingiverse
UPDATE: I strongly advise against using this setup. I've been experiencing a high number of issues with the zero4u usb hub, which disconnects randomly and interrupts a print mid-process. This is a well-known problem that was previously thought to be resolved. As a result, DO NOT USE THE HUB! I'm currently working on finding a better solution, but nothing has presented itself yet. This fan shroud attaches securely to the back of the power supply on the wanhao i3 or monoprice maker select v2. It enables you to upgrade to a 100mm exhaust fan and also provides space to mount a raspberry pi zero w and a zero4u usb hub inside the enclosure. You can find the necessary components at the following links: https://www.adafruit.com/product/3400 and https://www.adafruit.com/product/3298. I carefully designed the holes so that hardware can be screwed directly into them, eliminating the need for tapping or nuts. For the fan, M4 screws are recommended. For the raspberry pi zero and zero4u, 4-40 screws should be used. For the power plug/switch, M3 screws are necessary (the same size as originally used, but with deeper holes to accommodate longer screws). Finally, for the mounting holes onto the back of the enclosure, M3 screws are again required (same size as before, but using longer screws is recommended).
