Wanhao i3 E3D V6 Volcano mount
thingiverse
Here is my mount for an E3D V6 on a Wanhao i3. The hot end nozzle is situated in the same location as the original, apart from being a couple of mm forward on the Y axis, so no adjustments are needed to the end stops. The cover for the filament gearing increases rigidity, but this means there's no space for the original plate mounting the X end stop and cable mount, so these have been incorporated into the mount instead. The original bolts for the X end stop, cable mount, and belt are all reused again. For those with a tap set, the cable mount thread is M3x0.5 and the belt thread is M4x0.7; otherwise, a file and some heat should help cut the threads nicely. This also requires two M3 x 30mm bolts plus nuts for the clamp, two M3 x 23mm bolts (cut down longer bolts) for the filament motor.
