Wanhao i3 Control Box backplate / rear cover for 70mm fan

I needed a new rear cover for my Wanhao i3 printer control box that could hold a larger fan and move the wiring loom forward, giving me some extra space since my control box is underneath my printer, which sits in an Ikea Lack Cabinet. I looked through many designs on Thingiverse but decided to create my own to meet all my requirements. My goals were clear: The new cover had to be able to hold the largest possible fan, it shouldn't stick out at the back, it needed to relocate the wiring loom from the bottom to the top, and it couldn't require cutting or reshaping the mains connector. My design achieves everything I wanted and seems to work perfectly. Post-Printing You'll need two 10mm M3 screws with washers and nuts to secure the mains connector in place, as well as four standard fan screws for the fan itself. I also had to move the PSU a bit further back (30mm) inside the case to make room for the wires. To do this, remove the PSU and mark out the new position of the four holes, 30mm towards the rear of the PSU case. Carefully drill them out with a 2.5mm drill just through the outer case. The original screws will self-cut into the aluminum PSU case. I also added a 60-ohm resistor in line with the fan to slow it down a bit because running at full power made it quite loud.
