I've got a range of filament spools with varying diameters, but most of them won't fit through the holder's opening. I also needed a way to guide and control the filament, so I created some additional features underneath the front plate that accept 3mm screws with 6mm threads. The clips work surprisingly well, and after printing three test parts, I found that a 1mm clearance is just right. To address any issues with half-rolled spools, I've included a kit for printing replacement rollers.
