You need: 4x M3x14 (or longer) 1x M3x35 (or M3x40, doesn't need to be fully threaded; adjust longer for a longer spring so it just protrudes from its trap nut as the spring begins being compressed) 5x M3 hex nuts 1x retractable pen spring (approx 4.2mm OD, 0.4mm wire, 20-25mm long) 1x printed parts 2x M2 screws that came on the endstop Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Notes: ABS seems to have a little more grip than PLA, but either works. Post-Printing: Assembly Check fit of M3 holes, and ream/drill if necessary. Clean out trap nut holes (it prints without support, they just get a little ugly) and add trap nuts. If you have first layer mash you may need to use a vise or hammer to get them in. There are five of them. Add endstop to the appropriate part, threading screws directly into the plastic on the side with the ledge. If they don't fit well, change g2mm constant in scad and reprint. (I haven't had luck with using a small drill bit to enlarge.) Hand tighten M3x12 to trap nuts. For the lower part, the cut corner goes up, toward the endstop (this is obvious if you have the endstop attached). See photo on this step, you can use a little stack of washers to help it sit flat while you tighten. The curved corners of the top part halves go together, as in photo. Add spring and M3x40 to top part. Spring and screw head go opposite the nut. Clamps! The screws should go right against the metal edge. For the upper part, it's self-aligning at the corner as well. For the lower part, you may need to move it around until you find the right spot. Start with where the old holes are, and go down from there. How I Designed This I used OpenSCAD 2015.03 and coded by hand. The adjuster screw position is similar to the one I was using before, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:928008
