WARNING, not tested with a V6, should be room for a fan if you don't include the inductive sensor but not tested. Hi, this is a remix of this (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3680044). I adapted it for Wanhao i3, changed bearing distance from original 50mm to Wanhao's 45mm. Added a holder for an inductive sensor (12mm), a holder for the limit switch and a holder to attach the drag chain. Also added holes for the belt tensioner screws in the same position as they are in the original bracket. Edit1: Added a "v2" version without the induction sensor mount, but it can still be attached to the bracket in the same place as it was in the previous version using the induction_holder.stl. Edit2: Added a better spacer, which is basically a coupled pair that ensures that the bolts are always parallel to each other, still untested. Edit3: Test fitted the components and made some changes. Now it all fits together, but I still haven't installed it on a printer, will do it when my hotend and extruder arrives from China. Edit4: IMPORTANT: Made a mistake in the design that made it unable to be assembled. Fixed it now, but you now need to make 2 prints instead of one. Edit5: Finally made it work, so it's no longer work in progress. Yay! Added a fan adaptor for mosquito hotend so that you can mount a 40mm fan to it, which improves cooling. Will still be updating this project, but it works as it is right now. Edit6: Added an Endstop_holder_short and induction_holder_distanced which you can print instead of the normal ones to make your x build volume bigger. Edit7: Updated a couple of files and photos, the Wanhao_i3_bmg_V64.f3z is the newest source file.
