This is a precision-crafted thumb wheel for fine-tuning bed leveling adjustments on the Wanhao i3 Plus, engineered with the nut inserted part way during the printing process. To create this intricate design, I utilized S3d to slice it into two distinct processes. The initial print process reaches up to 4.6mm in height before the nut is carefully inserted, after which the second process completes the entire print. Alternatively, you can simply insert a pause at the specified height instruction in your G-code if preferred. To ensure seamless integration, I recommend measuring the nut's exact height beforehand to guarantee a precise pause at the correct height.
