Just a Simple Instruction for the Wanhao i3 Bearing Spool Holder V1.0 You'll Need: * Scooter Bearing: External Diameter 47mm, Internal Diameter 17mm, Thickness 14mm Get this at any mechanic shop; it's usually free when they're ready to throw it away. * Wanhao i3 Stock Nut and Spool Support ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Print both STL files bearing_holder and spool_holder without support, using a 25% infill and printing speed of 50mm/sec. I highly recommend printing the bearing_holder on TPU or similar rubber materials to get the best results. - Insert the bearing into the holder and push it deep inside the spool hole until it reaches the center of the spool. - Tighten the spool_holder with the stock nut and spool support firmly in place. - Enjoy, your spool will rotate smoothly without any friction! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This thing is still a work in progress to fit different-sized spools but it's already functional with around 53mm spool holes.
