Wanhao i3 Adjustable Tension Extruder Lever with press fit feeder cover
thingiverse
I didn't have the right screw to attach the feeder bearing cover so I put a pin on the lever like the original part was designed to do. I also enlarged the cover so that it's a snug press fit, just like the original. PETG is definitely the way to go for this part - mine feels incredibly strong and works perfectly. All you need is a 20mm M3 screw and an m3 bolt for the nub; simply attach the cover to the extruder motor using the original screw and utilize the existing spring on the M3 screw/nub. I'm grateful to dumbcomputers and neo777 for sharing their great parts/remixes with me. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 100% Notes: I printed mine using Real brand PETG at 250°C with the Micro Swiss hot end and 80°C for the bed. I used 100% infill, no fan on the first layer, and 20% fan for the rest. My print speed was 30mm/s.
