I replaced the extruder spring with an adjustable spring perch to boost tension on the extruder lever. This resolved a weak spring issue that was causing my extruder to skip. Fasteners needed: 3mm nut 3mm x 20mm cap or socket screw 3mm x 10mm flat head screw (holds the v-groove bearing) Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .10mm Infill: 100% Notes: I had much greater success printing this at 10 micron vs 20. The tolerances need to be very tight and might require some light post-processing.
