Wanhao I3 2.1 & Micro Swiss Ninja Flex Drive Plate

EDIT 18/01/2017 I've added two more versions of the back plate, which allow for the use of the CNC lever. This file has not yet been tested, and I'm waiting for a contributor with the lever to print and test it for fitment. EDIT 16/01/2017 I've uploaded several more options for the backplate. It's come to my attention that I had my hotend set too high at 2.7mm. The Micro Swiss manual states that the cold end should protrude 1.7mm, so I've made the MK2 1.7mm available with or without support. I've downloaded and tested a few of these drive plates, but none of them worked for me. I'm printing with the Duplicator I3 V2.1, using a Micro Swiss hot end. I designed this back plate with very high tolerances in mind - just 0.5mm between the main body and the drive gear. I've also built in more spring tension, so there's no need to purchase a stronger spring. As you can see from my photos, my Micro Swiss sits proudly on top of the block, so I've allowed for this in the print, eliminating the need for PTFE tubing. I designed this plate so that there's literally nowhere for the filament to go except out of the hot end. You'll use the original release lever and hardware, so just print it and enjoy printing flex. I suggest using either PETG or ABS because of the proximity to the cold end of the hot end. To finish, remove the support plug and run a 2mm drill through the small hole where the filament goes.
