After examining Korzar's design for a 120mm fan adapter, I decided to create my own version for the Noctua 140mm fan I had been using for years. Although I drew inspiration from his design, I started from scratch as practice since I'm still an extremely novice designer. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% How I Designed This Problems (and why I labeled this as a work in progress). 1st problem: As you can see in the pictures, there are gaps in the main body of the adapter... eleven to be exact from what I've counted. I haven't yet figured out why that happened, because my printer prints fine with other files. I tried running it through Meshmixer to look for gaps that needed repair, but couldn't find any. 2nd problem: One of the pictures I uploaded shows severe stringing in the center of the box. This is actually not stringing, but a very fine layer that I can't see in the model. I'm stumped as to how to fix it (along with the first problem previously mentioned) because I'm still learning about 3D designing and printing. I hope someone can take this and make it work, or offer some constructive criticism so I can improve it.
