Use your full-size 3D printing area. Employ a bigger glass, 31cm x 17.5cm, and this Glass Holder for effortless changing and maintaining of your glass. Simply acquire two 6mm x 6mm Aluminum U Channel pieces of 31cm each, four 3.5mm springs, and four 2mm screws to get started. Since the glass holder is higher than the default one, it's necessary to stop it before reaching the top when homing, known as "Glass_Holder_Level". Here are the steps: Instructions: Cut two 31cm-long pieces of Aluminum U Channel. On each piece: Drill two 3mm holes for existing screws. Modify to accommodate existing screws securely. Print all required parts ("Glass_Holder" and "Glass_Holder_Level") first. Drill four small cubes with a 2.5mm drill. Place the four plastic components (from "Glass_Holder") on each aluminum extremity. Insert the spring inside, followed by two 2mm screws as shown in Glass_Holder_Assembly_1. Add the final piece to hold the glass securely. Securely attach the Aluminum bar to your Heated Bed. Remember to position "Glass_Holder_Level" on the back of your 3D printer.
