Wanhao Duplicator Tool Keeper
thingiverse
A compact storage solution to hold my Wanhao tools and prevent me from having to constantly search for them has been designed, utilizing one of the screws found in the top panel. I apologize in advance for the low-quality images due to the subpar lighting conditions within the room. Version 2: The updated design incorporates a more substantial base, as the original tool did not receive adequate support and when the hole size increased (attributable to wear and tear), it became prone to falling off. By implementing a smaller hole, I've made sure that it can be screwed securely in place rather than simply hanging from the screw. **Instructions** Version 1: Material: Natural PLA with a filament diameter of 1.75 mm. Printer settings for ReplicatorG software: - Layer height set to 0.2 mm - Number of shells at zero (in essence, turning off shell functionality) - Feedrate configured to 40mm/s - Travel feed rate adjusted to 55mm/s - Print temperature set at 215 degrees Celsius Version 2: Material: Natural PLA with a filament diameter of 1.75 mm. Settings for Simplify3D software: - Layer height reduced to 0.1 mm - Hot end temperature raised to 230 degrees Celsius - Bed temperature configured in three distinct stages: the first three layers set at 80 degrees Celsius, and the remaining layers cooled down to 0 degrees Celsius
