Wanhao Duplicator i3 Zeelo Dual Drive Extruder Adapter

<p>This little adapter makes the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WFF3Z77">Zeelo Dual Drive Extruder</a> compatible with a Wanhao Duplicator i3. You'll just need the <strong>tensioner arm</strong>, <strong>the spring</strong>, and <strong>drive gears</strong>. The bowden adapter can be tossed. You'll need to drill a filament sized hole in the top of the tensioner arm offset from the original filament guide hole (see pictures). You'll also need to cut off the corner of the heat sink so the new tensioner arm will have room to pivot (see picture).</p><p>I did not need to adjust any settings. It improves filament output greatly and eliminated the dreaded “click” sound during extrusion. </p>
