Wanhao Duplicator I3 Z brace with adjustable feet (Hardware store special)
thingiverse
The designer took several concepts from various sources and created a Z-axis brace along with adjustable feet that utilize more accessible and cost-effective hardware. The foot pads feature threaded inserts with a dovetail O-ring retainer for an 11/16" ID, 7/8" OD O-ring (3/32" thick, AS568 -115) to reduce vibration. The foot supports have hexagonal cut-outs for easy installation of the 3/8"-16 nuts. The fasteners used are 3/8"-16 UNC, readily available in hardware stores across North America. Cap head screws for attaching parts to the frame are M3-.5 x 16mm. Important Installation Information! To install the mounts or feet, make sure to clamp the metal frame before removing any of the screws. Failure to do this may result in a twisted frame and linear rods.
