Wanhao Duplicator i3 Z-Axis Stop bracket

I recently upgraded my Wanhao Duplicator i3 with a PrintInZ print bed and was thrilled with the results. However, I soon discovered that its thickness made it difficult to lower the built-in bed enough to accommodate the new print bed without adjusting the z-axis stop switch. After examining the mounting holes provided, I found neither set suitable for my needs. Fortunately, Wanhao USA offers a bracket that can be purchased from their website, but I found this solution less than ideal. The screws would slide up and down once in place, compromising the stability of the setup. I was able to locate an alternative design on Thingiverse, but unfortunately, it's currently unavailable for linking. Undeterred, I took matters into my own hands and designed a custom bracket with precisely aligned screw holes to provide a tighter, more secure hold. To do this, you'll need to remove the screws from the existing z-axis stop switch to detach it from the printer. Save the two white circular spacers as they will be required later. Begin by placing one of the spacers on a screw and then attach the z-axis stop bracket to the PrintInZ bed using that screw. Use an additional screw, preferably from another project, to secure the other side of the z-axis stop to the bracket. Next, place the second spacer on the remaining screw and insert it through the pre-drilled hole in the printer's frame into the bracket. Finally, add a third screw from outside the printer into the bracket for added security. While it may be possible to achieve this setup using only the screws provided with the printer, I believe that would compromise its stability over time. As such, I opted to use alternative screws from my collection, which ultimately proved successful. The accompanying images demonstrate the process, albeit not in the highest quality. I apologize for the subpar visuals but hope they convey the essential steps involved.
