Basic Y Axis Belt Tensioner: Fine-Tune for a Smooth Ride Depending on the print quality, post-print work may be necessary to achieve a smooth action. In my case, the print turned out perfectly with these settings, but you might need to adjust the hole sizes. The included original files allow you to experiment and modify as needed. This mod requires drilling 4 holes into your machine, but trust me, it's worth it for the improved performance. To ensure a snug fit, you may need to shorten the belt by adjusting the cable ties - mine is just within the limit, as shown in the photo. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator I3 V2 Rafts: None needed Supports: Not required Infill: 25% Notes: For optimal results, use PLA filament at 210°C and a bed temperature of 55°C.
