Wanhao Duplicator I3 V2 Spool holder

Designed for use on the Wanhao Duplicator I3 V2 without any supports needed. One print job can be completed on a 200x200 bed, but it's recommended to print bearing and clamp pins with 100% infill, and the rest at 33%. Simlify3d V4 was used for slicing. To complete this project, you'll need to print 4 clamps, 4 bearing pins, 2 lock-nuts, and purchase 4 bearings measuring 22mm x 8mm x 7mm. I used PLA+ filament but advise against over-tightening the pins; the shoulder may or may not sit flush depending on your printer settings. The hot end was set to 192, and the bed at 70 with a thin layer of glue stick applied - no rafts or brims were needed. This spool holder is adjustable for different size spools, accommodating widths from 35mm to 75mm. The clamp legs can be edited to fit various printers. I've since upgraded the holder with a longer body for increased stability when filament levels are low on the spool. Additionally, the filament guide has been improved to provide a tighter and better fit, and a second rod was added to the rear to prevent twisting.
