Back panel for Wanhao Di3 v2 accommodates a 60mm fan with a small honeycomb grill, providing excellent airflow.\nThe holes for fan screws have been enlarged to fit 5mm case fan screws with slight countersink, preventing them from sticking out too far.\nTwo lower holes have been filled in since there are no tabs for these on the v2 control box.\nI'm using this back plate with a Noctua 60mm fan (NF-A6x25 FLX), which pushes an impressive 17.1 CFM, and the grill produces only a minimal amount of noise due to airflow restriction, still significantly quieter than the PSU fan.\nConsidering the noise factor, I created an alternate model featuring a much larger honeycomb grill at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1629075 for users with fans that push more air and want to minimize noise.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40+ Notes: Printed with 3 shells. I printed the final version with 100% infill since I had both time and plastic to spare, and desired a stiffer plate for optimal performance.
